Am I spiking, or losing psi? Can't figure it out...

Am I spiking, or losing psi? Can't figure it out...
Setup: ZC, Greddy TD04H, Internal WG w/ Home Depot Boost controller (Bleed off valve)...
Ok. This started on me a few days ago (Noticed it about a day after I put on the Home Depot Boost controller). I hit like 9psi FAST, then it drops to like 6-7 and holds. I checked all of my charge pipes, and they're secure. Checked all other orifices, but they're plugged.
W/ this new boost controller, is it just hitting this thing and dumping the air to the WG and using the WG spring; and is this normal or not? It will hit like 9 in 3rd, then back down to like 6-7. In 4th, it will hit 9 and hold at 8. Am I producing enough exhaust gases to keep the psi that high (If it is a leak) in 4th, or WTF is going on?
