Icon2 Foglight Parking Lights issue

So I followed this how to: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-acura-28/how-wire-99-00-oem-fog-lights-w-parking-lights-1991524/

That tells how to wire Honda Fog lights with the parking lights (so they flash with an alarms lock/unlock)

So I don't know if anyone is very familiar with this, but its necessary (for most) to replace the Instrument lights fuse with a 10A because the 7.5A with burn out.

Well mine did so, twice. First I replace it with another 7.5A because thats all I had, and wanted to make sure it was the issue. Well that one burned out and I replaced it with a 15A. Now this sounds like its probably part of the issue.

Anyway my fog-lights stopped lighting up (again x3), however the instrument lights (and door open/lights still on noise still sounds) and so (I checked) the 15A fuse is obviously not burnt.

My question is, what do you believe is the issue? I'm guessing its either the fog fuse, or the relay.

From what I researched it sounds like the relay that comes with the fog lights isn't very reliable.

Where is this relay and where is the foglight fuse?

And if I need replace one of these parts, whats to stop it from going out again?

I'm thinking of changing it back, this small mod has turned into more work than its worth.
