Default Gsr Trans Wont Disengage

Hey everyone i have a 97 gsr trans on a 95 gsr motor in a 97 DEL SOL and it will not shift into gear while the car is running. When the car is not running it shifts smooth into every gear. I have a New Fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel, oem honda clutch and a used ACT pressure plate. New OEM pilot bearing, OEM throw out bearing, New shift for and spring all OEM. I have a new OEM vtec b16 del sol shift linkage. Ive bleed the clutch lines a total of 3 times now i adjusted the part on the Clutch master Cylinder that goes to the pedal and you put the pin through to it is closer to the pedal trying that. I got the trans in about an hour go and still wont shift into gear while running. I Put it in reverse and then started the car and with the pedal fully pushed in it jerked and i threw it into neutral not wanting to **** anything up. Please help. And the car motor wiring and everything is good. Just the trans is ****ing killing me.
Thanks Jayden

Clutch assembly is not releasing, multiple causes:

1:Air in the lines
2:Defective Clutch Master Cylinder
3:Defective pivot/pressure plate

With the clutch fully depressed the slave pin should move and engage the release fork.
Take a pliers and temporarily pinch off the rubber clutch line, then press the pedal, it should be rock hard, if not, you have air, a leak, or a defective master cylinder.

If you changed anything like the clutch pedal position to fix this problem, undo anything you did, if it did work and now doesn't, it has to do with how it went together, generally meaning something was not done right.

My CMC worked 2 months ago when i had my D16y8 in.
and ive bleed the lines 4 times total.
But i did notice i had a tiny slit in my slave so i ordered a new one.

ill let you all know how it goes.

Nope flat side to the flywheel and the springs to the PP.

What was wrong with the plate? Was it worn out or brand new?
