Default P0141 on 98 Civic with b16A2 Engine with GSR ECU

Hello. I have this particular CEL P0141 code. I have a 98 Civic EX with B16A2 engine and a GSR ECU. I used a rear 02 Sensor for a 99 SI to clear the code but it is still there. Should I be using a GSR rear 02 Sensor in order to clear the code because I'm using a GSR Ecu?

Help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check whether the sensor heater gets voltage and measure its resistance.

I finally got it fixed. The 02 Sensor wiring harness to the ECU wasn't hooked up. I extended the 02 sensor wires going to the ECU. Did some search in here and the internet and found which wires to tap on the GSR ECU. Started the car and no more CEL!!
