Citylights
I have a 95 "canook" hatch. Did the city light things with the ground to the lowbeams. Turned them on and my lows are dim. I can tell that this is a relay problem. As the highbeam indicator is slightly lit. Highs are normal. It is my understandin the canadian cars have drl relays under the dash.

All you had to do is explain more precisely what you were trying to do. Not get all nasty about it. YOu should seriously think about investing in a manual for your car or learn to use Google.
