Hey Honda tech I just recently bought a 98 civic ex shell and it came with everything except its motor and tranny of course and when going to put up the windows in the car I connected a battery to it and all worked fine till I went to pull the keys out of the ignition the keys where stuck. So I disconnected the battery and the keys came out don't really know what can cause this the car is manual not auto sooo it doesn't have any of the parking buttons that the automatic has plz lmk if i could be helped. Thank you

 

5spd convo? If so check to see if the blue box under the steering column is unplugged.

Update- I got it unstuck... saw another tip where someone reccommended making sure the shifter is fully engaged in park.. I've been having probs with that too...
headed to correct forum...
