Default P13 or P72 in h23a vtec?

Hope this is the right place to post this.
So I have a 99 Accord with the jdm h23a vtec engine swapped into it. It currently has the f23's original ecu, so obviously I need to get a better one. I basically need to know which ecu will be the best to use. I'm going to keep the IAB and knock sensor, so the P28 is out of the question, leaving the P13 or P72. I'm just going to buy it stock and have a professional tune it and everything.
P.S. I did search for a while on this, but it's all just mixed opinions from people making guesses on what they think might work. I'm on a very tight budget and need to know what will work, not what might.
Thanks in advance for your replies

Well if you are going to have it professionally tuned, the P13 is out as well.

P72. P61's, P30's and OBD1 PR3's also work with an IAB mod.

The P06 ECUs can have VTEC and some of them can have the IAB as well. Just won't have the knock board. IMO you really don't need that anyway. Save yourself some money, don't waste it on something you don't need. The P72, P30...etc ECUs can be double the price.

Well I recently bought and installed a new knock sensor, so I'm going to make sure it gets used. I'm leaning more towards the P72 now, and it's going to be $150, which I think is a good deal

$150 is not bad for a virgin P72. Are you chipping it yourself or know someone who can do it for you?

I know a professional who's going to do all the tuning and everything for me.

So it seems like the P72 is the best choice after reading the replies and doing a little more research. Thanks for the help, everybody!
