Default HONDA GURUS HELP

I have a 99 Honda civic Hatch with a completely stock JDM 98 Spec ITR motor running a chipped P28 ecu.
My question is I need to pass inspection, what do I need to do to get an obd2 ecu such as a p72 to not throw any codes while I get an inspection?
I live in MA so the inspector uses and obd2 scanner and connects to the ecu.
Please help!!

If a P72 is from a GSR, you will have a CEL for lack of butterflys I believe.

So is that the CKF sensor? I know there is a way to tricking the ecu into thinking its there. What else? anyone?
