Let's clarify this. "Stage Whatever" means nothing. It is not a standard. No two companies "stages" mean the same thing.

Clutches are not rocket science either.
Get a clutch that will hold the torque you are making or plan to make.
I'm guessing since you didn't mention car or mods that you are N/A so an OEM replacement will suffice. Exedy is what I would buy.

Are you making high HP and torque #s? If not stick with an Exedy OE spec clutch and pressure plate. No need to put a stage 3 clutch or something like that on a car making like 160hp. Use the $$ you save with the OE clutch and get a light weight flywheel

If you're just buying a clutch and not a pp/fly/clutch kit remember to get a clutch alignment tool, should be less than $5 and a major PITA if you try without it or get to that stage of the swap and realize you need to order one

We know nothing about your car, how much power you're making, or what kind of driving you do.

Get a sintered iron clutchpack. You'll thank me later.

That head will not net you enough power to overcome an OEM replacement clutch.

How are you even talking "stages" when you don't even know what that means?

Again. The only clutch you'll need is the one that holds the torque.

You cant just ask, what clutch is good without giving us some information on the setup. if you are asking about OEM replacement then say so.
