So i hear a billion ground control spring rate threads but not many on what your koni yellows are adjusted to. I'm running 450lbs front/380lbs rear gc springs. Right now my koni's are about one half turn from full soft. Should these be dampened more? I'm a one finger gap in the front. What are your rates and what are your koni yellows adjusted to?

Isn't this just a personal preference thing?

I just called GC and gave them the numbers on the springs. Found out i've got 340 lb. springs in the front and 350 lb. springs in the rear lol. Guess i'm gonna have to make some changes.

Yes! What works for me, might not work for you.

Op, just play with them. try a new setting each day and see what you like best.

The setting should be set at whatever your normal or average speeds are. There should not be any bouncing just a firm feel when you encounter a bump. That's how you know the rebound is in perfect tune with the spring rates. I forget the amount of turns but I might be 1 full turn from full stiff in the rear and 3/4 from full stiff in the front on 450/400.

It's really going to vary depending on your spring rates. The same setting on different springs will feel totally different on the road.

Depends on spring rates and personal preference of over/understeer.

Koni/GC 550/450, full stiff then backed off ever so slightly. So yes full stiffness. DD'ed like a boss.

I've seen it fly off the ground. You need to go slower haha.

if you put the front on fullhard the arrow indicater is 180 degrees from still. and the rear is on full stiff, rides great to me. even the wife likes it

Yes only one wheel. The rear wheel that hits the driveway first, you enter the driveway too fast lol.
