As a few of you know I had to remove my cabin harness bc the old owner hacked it to bits whilst installing the turbo kit.

Well, first off finding a obd2b vtec cabin harness is like finding the end of the rainbow. I have had no luck.

The only option I have as of today is to buy a used obd2b ls cabin harness.

What will I have to wire in. Ive hard wired vtec before in civics and obd1 integras just want to double check every thing that I will have to wire in b4 I spend 100 bucks on this harness.

 

well you can actually wire in the vtec from the ecu pins to the shock tower plug unlike the "ghetto" civic way to make it nice and clean.
not sure what else you would need to wire up though

 

yeah I still have my old hacked harness so Ill steal the pins from that and wire it in properly. I was just unsure about the knock sensor and stuff like that.

I dont even know if 2001 ls have a ks.

 

This is very possible as Chase said. Andy's track caR rebuild is running the ODBI LS harness from his old LS.

 

Yeah, I def want to keep it all obd2b so every thing works as it should and is as plug and play as possible. I just wanted to see if any one knew what wires were missing other then the vtec ones.

 

you will prob need to look at both at wiring diagrams/pinouts

 

A Helms manual with the 00/01 and electrical supplement are highly recommended.

i have my obd2b itr cabin harness. the plugs at the headlight/signal lights are chopped here and there, the plugs for the engine harness are chopped but i have the plugs for it to be soldered back on. on the interior under dash side of the harness it is intact.

they dont have a knock sensors or atleast mine dident i might have a spare harness as well ill have to check.
