Default Read my spark plug...

Honda Civic 2004, 140k miles.

The plugs have 35k miles

I would say, oil consumption. What are your thoughts?

That very white color and deposits is a sign of overheating.

The above link and the previous poster's link say the same things. I don't know your set up but it could be advised to go to a colder spark plug range. The only reason i do not believe it is deposits of fuel additives or bad fuel is that there are no actual large deposits only a white coating on the insulator, and electrodes.

They are stock spark plugs, not sure what part number but I'm 100% sure they are what Honda suggests.

My engine burns oil a little, this might explain the deposit on the spark plugs.

The color is SUPPOSED to be "milky brown", but as long as it isn't TOO white... then your plug looks to be the exact same as the "normal" plug on that NGK link, above.

Get an *EXTRA* *WHITE* plug checked out.

Looks perfectly acceptable to me... Maybe just a LITTLE bit on the lean side, but nothing worth worrying about..

I was more-so referring to "live data" AKA reading parameters while the engine is running.

Either way, I wouldnt worry about it much. If the car runs good and doesnt have any driveability issues and still gets good MPG, just keep on drivin'

Yes, the car runs fine and still get 38mpg on highway and 31mpg city driving.

Just burning a little oil and that's all

Thanks

It's that way because it runs lean at part throttle. Case closed, next.
