Default opinions on stock sleeves and 9.6:1 compression and Hondata Stage2B

My car is a 1998 Integra GSR

My setup is a Drag Gen 3 kit, eagle rods, LS endyn wisco pistons (9.2:1), Hondata Stage 2B w/ 550cc injectors, MSD 6AL, skunk2 manifold, stock sleeves/oil pump, and Profec B.

1st Question:

LS 9.2:1 pistons with a GSR head should bump it up to 9.6:1 right? Well if that is the case, should I lower the compression with a Chromatic head gastket of a .4 compression drop to 9.2:1?

I was thinking about this because I want to boost safely between 15-17 pounds.

2nd Question:

Would you boost 15-17 pounds on stock sleeves with my setup?

3rd Question:

Would you use stock ignition or the MSD 6AL with the hondata stage 2 B?

Thanks for the help guys! AND Any opinions are welcomed.
