Default civic idle problem

i have a 94 civic with a d15b7 ran perfectly fine before recently swapping out the auto trans for a 5spd. only thing on the longblock that i scrapped was the stock intake and intake mani if that makes anydiffrence. its running a skunk2 mani with the orginal iavc and tb. never had problem having it on my prev motor. but car form cold start has a idle surge all up until then needle is at exact were motors warmed up then is fine besides it having a surge on some sort in low rpm when taking off and trying to low rpm drive. like doing 20 in 2nd or 3rd gear it jerks the whole car around in surging but then if stoped its fine. any ideas??

Your running a ecu from a manual car right?
Did you convert the iacv from 3 wire to 2?

I'm not 100 percent sure on the throttle body if you used the same harness check if there's a 3 wire plug for the iacv.
I'm pretty sure that's your problem. Do you have a multi meter?
Also check for vacume leaks. Start the motor cover the throttle body with your hand if the motor doesn't die you have a leak.
