Default Couple of Touch up questions before tune

Hey guys. I have a few questions before I go and get tuned. first let me start with my setup and goals and usage of car.

94 civic hatch
B16 head(stock with GSR cams)
GSR bottom end
LS Crank and Rods. Squirters were plugged.
9:0:1 SuperTech Pistons
81.5mm Bore
PTE 1000cc injectors
AEM fuel rail.
2.5 inch downpipe
Holset H1C turbo
CC stage 4 clutch
Lovefab ram horn manifold.
TiAL 40mm wastegate
TiAL 50mm BOV.
S300 for engine management.

My first question is: What spark plugs should I be running? what gap? and also if you dont mind what is the part number for them

Second question is: Ive called almost every part store near me and none of them carry an o2 sensor "bung" or weld ring. I was told that the s300 has a feature that can disable the o2 sensor?? If this is true would I need an o2 sensor welded in? also is it possible to tune without an o2? last o2 question is: if im running open downpipe where should the o2 be welded?

My car will be basically a daily. I have other forms of transportation. So the car will see maybe 3-4 days of street time.

My goal for the car is 400 hp.

Thanks

you can use the ngk bkr7e plugs. their stock # is 4644 i believe. you should be able to get them at an advance or napa for around 2 bucks each. gap will likely be in the mid to low .020 but your tuner will set it for you during tuning.

if you are running open downpipe, id make sure that it is a few feet long and has a downturn at the end of it. my old open downpipe setup ended right around where the shift linkage bolts up, so that way i made a hanger and had it hanging from the hanger on the unibody that is in that area.

although you likely wont be using an o2 sensor in a factory sense, you do need the bung for the wideband for tuning, and hopefully for one that you can get put in the car permanently. it should be around 12-18 inches from the turbo, and a similar distance to the end of the downpipe. it should also be pretty much facing straight up on the dp so it dont collect moisture. usually behind the oil pan and halfshaft but before the subframe and firewall is a common spot to weld the bungs.

good luck, sounds like u got your ducks in a row

Hey thanks for the replies guys. should I run a wideband also? I was asking a few tuners and they said its personal preference. This being my first turbo car I was leaning towards running one

8's are for those running higher boost pressures with larger turbos more often. with simpler kits 7s are fine. And there is a difference between the 2667 Iridiums ($10 each,)and the other NGK7s which are about $3 each. go to http://www.sparkplugs.com
