Default P75 6200rpm fuel cut?ap

I just got an OBD1 P75 auto ecu (all I could find) for my LS swap. I converted it by removing rp17 and rp18, then jumping rp18. It runs well and there are no CELs. It hits fuel cut at 6200rpms, I'm assuming that's a shift point maybe. But, I wouldn't think that's coded into the ROM. Is this something that's part of the auto circuitry that can be disabled?

Bump. Anybody? Is this the actual redline, or something imposed by a high side transistor etc?

Removing and jumping the resistors only eliminates code 19 but the rev limit stays. You need to get the ECU chipped if you want to alter the settings in the ROM
