crx d16z6 no start
Rewired my entire harness car started but was idling like crap and was throwing code 14 IACV and code 20? ELD the eld i kinda figured would come up because i didnt have any idea how to wire it up (couldent find a diagram) the cars not charging either because the alt isnt hooked up properly either (its a 4 pin have two to the ecu 1 to 12v and cant figure out where the other one goes seen it goes to the eld but cant figure out where)
well it turned out i wired up the IACV incorrectly. i grounded it instead of putting the 12v to it. well i grabbed a +12v wire from the driver side that was unused (only power with key on) cut resolded tested so it now had the 12volts and the wire going to the ecu. went to go fire it up. Nothing checked all my fuses and connectors to make sure everything was good still nothing.
the main relay isnt clicking and the fuel pump isnt priming The check engine light stays lit (wont flash codes even with the jumper wire attached). I took my time and resoldered it acouple months ago. Took the main relay out and tested all the connections and they all came up that they are going to the correct place but something seems wrong #1 is battery voltage but #2,3,4,5,7 are all grounds (took voltmeter and put pos on 1 and came up batteryvoltage on all those) this is making me think i fryed my ecu somehow but i dont understand because that +12v wire i added isnt in the ecu.
another thing that seems funky is my injector connectors they are grounded the entire time the keys on. they are suppose to only pulse for a second or two to prime the engine right? after that i tried testing my tps and iat for voltages and they had nothing, would this be true for a bad ecu?
the only other thing i could think is the ecu isnt receving any power but how do i test that? i have d1 wired to the 12v
i never heard a pop seen fireworks or smelled any burning and all wires seemed fine
any help would be awesome cause im kinda lost at this point

when i tested the fuel pump connector i got. #1-nothing, #2-ground, #3-7.8 volts with key on #1 on the fuel pump connector is the wire coming from the relay #7, if i jump the relay #1 (12v) and #7(fuel pump) the pump starts up..... this lead me to believe the relay maybe went bad but with how the injectors are constant ground and no voltage at the sensors im stumped
get a different working relay, same stuff starter cranks hard but no clicking in the relay and no fuel pump prime.
took off my grounds sanded them up all shiny multimeter tested them just as a double check (valvecover to chassis, frame to trans, trans to starter. the starter has 3 ground wires coming from the ecu, then the battery to the frame)
should the main relay still engage and click with a bad ecu?
does the ecu require an external ground wire or is it grounded internally? hooking up a external one doesn't help any just wondering.
unplugged every sensor and plug on the engine just to see if that made a difference but nothing still and with the key on the engine light stays on
i guess my next step is to swap in a working ecu but im kinda hesitant because the car was running then suddenly wouldent prime, i dont want to burn up a fresh ecu
thanks for any help guys
