Default 86 Honda civic

Replaced two relays and one fan switch .. Tested fan it works... But not When hooked up to the normal wire.. Please help... New owner of Honda. Ps checked and replaced fuses.... Fuse panel has a little meltage around those fuses.....

When the fuse is plugged in, do you have continuity on the wires where it's melted? The fan switch you replaced, is it the thermo switch on the radiator? Check the switch operation regardless.

I would check for continuity on all the wires, there aren't that many in that circuit.
