hondata questions about ROMs
i have recently bought the hondata s200. i have a p28 ecu. when i got the hondata i only got the interface box. do i need the roms chip to insert in my ecu or is there a way around it? if i do need one where could i find one?
The s200 system uses a standard 28 pin eprom chip with chipping hardware & a 4 pin header & cable to communicate with the s200 interface box.
The s200 system requires you to have a romeditor v4 dongle/software along with a romulator like the ostrich to live tune.
I would suggest upgrading to s300v2 instead of dealing with the s200 system.
Not many dealers tune s200/s100 systems anymore.
