Hey all. I was tearing down my engine for a rebuild and when I looked in the transmission housing I noticed evidence of a leak coming from the torque converter seal. There was fluid, but in this pic I already cleaned it with brake cleaner. You may still see some remains of it:




I attempted to get the seal off but it wouldn't come off. How do you take it off? I found a replacement at rockauto.com




Please help, I don't want to spend 660$ for a rebuilt transmission right now.
