Can anyone tell me the sizes of bolts I need for this so I don't need to make 10 runs to the hardware store? Here are pics that show what bolts/fitting I need:

For the oil feed. I want to get a -4an to <whatever> to attach my -4an fitting into the turbo oil feed.:

For that feed port you'll need an 1/8" NPT to -4AN adapter. Don't remember the bolt size for the return flange, something like a M10 or M12x1mm. I used hex head bolts to make it easier to get on and off.

 

The feed is not 1/8", it's a bit bigger. I already tried one of my 1/8npt to -4 fittings and it just falls in the hole. I'm guessing 1/4" but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks

since it is off the car just take it to the hardware store with you and try out the bolts

 

HKS oil inlet!


The outlet for a 1/2" to -10AN adapter can be purchased fom Turbonetics.

 

Where can I get the inlet flange? I was just going to screw a fitting right in the inlet hole.

For the return, I have the flange and I already have the 1/2" to -10AN adapter. I need to know what the bolts are that bolt the flange to the turbo.

I was hoping to avoid lugging the turbo through the hardware store but I may end up doing that afterall...Thanks for the help.

Contact HKS USA. I'll post a part number when I get off work tonight.

 

None of the HKS dealers have it in stock so I have to wait like 2 weeks before I can get it.

There has to be an alternative to using the HKS flange. All I need to know is what size thread/bolt goes into that feed hole and I can get a fitting that goes from that size to -4an to attach to my oil feed line. I know somebody has to have done this before. Anyone else have any ideas? I'm going to the hardware store tonight to do some test fitting too for the other bolts...
