So I'm running a Walbro 255lph on my turbo d16y7 and I am thinking of upgrading to a 400lph in tank (paired with id1000 injectors for E85). My question is, will the 255lph sock fit the 400lph pump? Or do I need to buy a "Walbro 400lph install kit" for my car?

Yes use the 255 sock. The 400 install kit will not work.
