Default d16z6 crank? options?

I'm looking to build my z6 and I have everything pretty much planned out but idk what crank to run? Im doing a 300-400 hp turbo setup and I doubt the stock crank will hold up. Just wondering what my options were? Any input would be appreciated thanks.

how sure are you on that I've heard some people say on turbo applications it will only hold up to about 200

That is the rods that can only hold up to a little over 200. I've seen 400+ whp builds on any and every D series many times with the stock crank. There will be zero problems with your stock crank. So long as you have correct tolerances.

Where did you read that nonsense? You might be confused with the pencil thin RODS breaking.
