SeriousHP Supra Track Night
Been freelance tuning lately, spending a lot of time at Serious Horsepower in Houston, so we decided to take their Texas Mile supra, tweak the tune, make some changes to the suspension and see what it would do in the 1/4mile.
Here's the results our first night out at the track..
Let say I got deeply familiar with a Motec M800 in a very short amount of time

Figured some ppl may enjoy this since there were some other supra posts a while back.
After the TnT we had a talk and decided to shoot for the 6 speed record.. So gonna be doing ALOT of suspension work on the car, as it sits we were only putting down about 1/2 the total power the car is capable of making and it was already spinning in 2nd and 3rd... This should be alot of fun

The last video has already leaked all over the net. I saw it on another board that is mainly people from the VA and NC area. There are some Supra guys over on that board.
Good luck with it. I love to see the 6 speed Supras getting busy out on the track.

Nice! That car is legit!
Seems to have quite a bit of negative camber. Maybe dial in some positive camber on the rear so when it launches it goes to zero. That'll get you some more contact patch. I'm sure you know this though.

@Michaud.. haha yeah the Motec stuffs ok, there's just simple things that it should do out of the box without eating up I/O.. Especially with as much as it costs I would expect it to be much more intuitive feature wise. I did make a sweet progressive shift light though using an AUX out with a high side output and set to PWM with some super bright LEDs
But I definatly miss some of the ProEFIs features.. In any case it'll go fast, just take a little bit more work to get it there and keep it consistent
