Default OEM Pistons with Cast Iron Sleeves

can I run the F20C OEM pistons with cast iron sleeves?
or cast iron only works with aftermakret pistons?

my IP HG blew and water ate through my cylinder walls

I want the car to be stock,
how about just using stock compression pistons? will it work with OEM ECU?

will what work with the OEM ECU?...if you sleeve the motor, get aftermarket pistons...if theyre the same compression, you shouldnt run into any issues with the stock ECU

spend a little now. spend a lot latter. just do it right the first time. I really wish the price on S2000s didnt go down so much. Seems like everyone wants to cut corners to save a dollar now.

I'm not trying to cut corners, we just have limited resources in my country

Of course this way i'll have a 100% fresh stock engine with aftermarket parts
I just want to make sure that it will work with OEM ECU

is it a good idea to bump the compression a little bit on the OEM ECU? or it'll lower timing and won't gain from the higher comp?

Id say keep it stock comp. You wouldnt gain much any power with any of these mods with or without a tune.
