Default 95 EG6 Hatch/B18C Type R 96 Spec - bogging and CEL

It's bogging real bad right now at around 2500 RPM through all gears. I was told my old distributor was bad by my tuner because I was misfiring high end on the dyno. I replaced it but it is bogging now. It's a 96 spec ITR B18C using an OBD2 distributor.

When it's in neutral and I rev it up (around 2-3k) the RPM jumps and the MPH needle jumps too. What does this mean?

Also, my CEL comes on but when I jumper the wires, my CEL turns off and doesn't flash at all, but instead my ABS just keeps blinking....and it will keep blinking all day without pausing. What does this mean and how do I check for codes if this keeps happening?

Can anyone tell me what these symptoms are? I just replaced my spark plug wires, distributor, and spark plugs are gapped at 35mm by my tuner. I am running a straight pipe with a test pipe ECU is tuned on Hondata S100.

Please someone tell me how to check for CEL because when I try, the ABS light just flashes.

EDIT: Also my VTEC isn't engaging. It used to engage when my CEL wasn't on, but ever since it turned on, it stopped engaging.

Google "obd1 cel code" should help you tel how many blinks you have, 1 fast blink is 1-9 and a long blink is 10, 20, 30, 40

Well I would know what code it is throwing if the CEL actually blinks. What I'm trying to say is that the ABS light just keeps blinking non-stop. There is no pause or any sort of pattern it just keeps going at a steady pulse. The CEL turns off when I connect the jumper but when I take it off, the CEL is back on. Then whe nI try again, the ABS light starts blinking again in no pattern at all just a pulse.

Also, why would my car be bogging at 2500 RPM or so through out all gears?

Next time the CEL turns on, jump the service connector without turning the engine off.

Sounds like you have ABS code 1.

I've tried that many times and yes all it does is the same, ABS light blinking non-stop no pauses.

Can you try another good known working ECU?

I could give that a shot, but what's got me concerned at the moment is my car bogging, because it's pretty much undriveable with the rough bogging.

Any clues to why it bogs?
