Default JDM D15B Tune Up -- Research Report Review

Recently I been working on my Project Car - 97 Civic EX, Which I bought for less than $2000, I was planning use it for general transport purpose, It first Velicle I bought myself after 3 years supsend driver licenser. OK Here is the Details of D15B Tune Up Research I have collected. If input any 92-99 Civic D15B non V-Tech and D16 V-Tech Engine in NGK Part Finder*the recomendation were

PZFR6J-11:Since* eg84dr*'s "JDM D15B ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW" give the idea of*ZFR6J-11 was the right one for D15B, I choose start with its upgrade version PZFR6J-11, Double Platinum Spark Plug*which I could say it does working amazing with my aftermarket Acel Disturburtion Coil which 20% more volts than OEM. It last more than 1 months also provide great misfire control in lower RMP, starting fast, and Heating Resisting. Here is the picture I pulled it out from my engine when it stop working.

ZFR5FGP: G-Power Spark Plug Generate lounder sound at low RMP, stop working in 2 days when engine was in high*tempture. Has't really test it out. Don't recomend with Honda Engine from my*experience.

ZFR5F-11: V-Power Spak Plug Stock on, They are working with D15 D16 Engine Spark Plug, it was also the recomendation you could see everywhere. But Since D15 V-Tech do have a USDM model comes with V-tech, Which is 95 Civic VX 1.5 L4 D15Z1 V-Tech, Since they share the same Timing belts T223, Also NGK recommend using Colder Heating rating Spuk Plug for racing, The number "4", "5" is determining heating rating. And NGK explained at its website. "General Racing" Spulg Plug are just Colder Heating Rating Spark Plug, If your engine always*running*"at High RPM a colder Plug were*temperatures for long periods a colder heat range may be needed."-Tech Support - Spark Plugs Overview (page 4)
ZFR4F-11: Colder Heating rating spak plug is running totally Fine, It do it job, but slower Respond than Platinum one.

ZFR5F-11: Colder Heating rating spak plugV-Power Spak Plug Stock one for my engine give the Same problem, it Stop working at high*temperature. can hear misfired pop from the Muffer when Running it in the Low RMP.

Consult: Laser Platinum And*Iridium*IX Spak Plug have durable design, which can handle with tough*environment*to working with other*after-mart*parts.
Wires
The biggest wires I can found in the market were OBX R 10.3mm 6 Coils Performance Wires.

And NGK Splak plug wires I choose NGK*HE76.
Many people do methion wires doesn't making any different, Here is just something happen during the turn up; I followed <Haynes Repair Manual> Honda Civic 1996-2000 in Page 2A-1 distributor rotation order plug in my wires, And My engine runing with crazy*noise. And ture is the book is wrong, In such order will only start 2 cam, with NGK wires I been able to start 2 Cam and car still been able to run with just 2 cam, But shaking really bad. But with OBX R 10.3 MM wires I can't even start it. So I prefer NGK wires.
--------Wrong
Correct one for **SOHC engine Firing order: 1-3-4-2 Distributor rotation: Clockwise

Finnly these is my Engine turn up picutres:

Actually I did, I really appreciate Honda Tech.com in last 2 month give me so many useful information to make my project approaching to the final points.

I did exactly same turn up as HondaPartsHero post on there. (was failed smoke check, but after I done the whole steps of the turning, I been able to pass )

He post more like general guilds for DIY, I more like want to points out last one month I been tried all different kinds NGK Spak plugs and write as review or notes for share with people who have the consideration like me,
"What is the best spak plug for our Engine"
"And Why"
I was gona try ignition coil electric system seems someone has done on the old mode Civic.
I read and then do it. until I see it, then I believe it.
