Loose cut crimped wire somewhere. Is the block grounded? If it is not mechanical then it must be electrical. You have covered all of the mechanical side i believe. lots of electrical too i see. Does it idle OK? What plugs are you using? Stupid question fuel filter? Have you tried another dizzy? I know it was changed before but it could be igniter or controller.

A friend in a week or so is going to let me try his injectors and hook up a wideband o2 and try and see if we can figure out if it is a fuel problem.

I soldered and heat shrinked every wire. Went thru and double checked all wires at ecu and traced them to the sensors they are supposed to go to. Block is grounded at valve cover, thermostat, battery to chassis and to trans bracket. Idles good sometimes it will dip up and down if i have my heater on for to long. Platinum Ngk Plugs. Yea fuel filter 3 months old. Yea had my original an bought a new one as well.

Well today my buddy threw a wide band on my car. What he noticed was when i would let off the gas it would go full rich on the Aem meter. But when i when wot it would be around 15-17 and idle at 14-15. When you let off the gas isn't it supposed to go full lean. He thinks it wiring related. He suggests getting a si engine and underdash harness.

Well i finally figured out what the problem was. A buddy was swapping out my resistor box to see if that was the problem and it wasn't but i looked at the wires going into the plug and the male plug wires and female plug wires didn't match up. So i had to wires switched. In a write up it said order didn't matter but that only applies to the red wires must match up to the black wire on resistor box. Yellow must go to the red on the resistor box. Lesson learned the end.
