PO123
Got a throttle rotor installed, it threw a code, PO123. Unless the shop will take it back, I don't want to take it back off. Can I just unplug the TPS sensor? How do I keep the check engine light from coming back on?

Disclaimer: I have not touched a tps in over 5 years, but they are all alike
You will need to loosen the TPS and rotate it towards the direction the throttle moves it. Then retighten. You should use a multimeter to check the voltage, but this may get you close enough. If you have no room for moving it, then you will need to drill the holes to allow more movement. If you resort to this definately get a multimeter to check the voltage.
Since a shop did this for you, it may be much easier to take it back to them for diagnosis.
