Default B20vtec. piston/wall oil lubrication with aftermarket rods.

Hi.

The b16a2 got the oil squirters and the oil hole in the rod. When building a B20vtec with aftermarket rods like eagle, how will the cylinderwalls and bottom of the piston be lubricated if there are no squirters (b20z) and the eaglerods dont have the "hole". ?

Concidering i will spend some time on the track (not dragracing).

They don't. Generally forged rods and pistons don't need the sprayers.

Oh, ok. Because forged components can handle heat better than cast aluminium...

I suppose the crank counterweights helps to throw some oil around too... coming from the rod lubrication.

Thank you!
