Default Cant really find an answer for my gsr

I bought a Gsr Integra a couple of weeks ago. I'm having a problem with it running like its pose too. I have changed the plugs, wires, timing belt, water pump.
When i floor it in first it bogs down like its choked up until it reaches about 6000k then it will run. I'm pretty much stumped at the moment.
Only mods: air intake and a shitty exhaust

my idea from searching around is the clogged resonator, but im not sure if that's the cause
HELP!!

Do you have a cat installed? Checked if it is good? Any codes? Better description of the cars symptoms?

Need more details. But just do a process of elimination.
Check your ignition timing.
Also look and see if you have any loose grounds that can cause your fuel or ignition to cut off.
Resonator or a muffler is not a likely cause for your car to bog. a Clogged catalyct converter is tho.

i checked the plugs, wires, and rotor and cap.
I think my resonator is clogged im going to replace it with a cat and see if that changes it.

How the hell do you clog a resonator? Doesn't make any sense. A cat getting clogged is one thing, but you have atleast 2" diameter pipe im assuming and dont see it getting "clogged". Do you even know if it has the original/and or correct computer for the motor? From your lack of description kinda sounds like fuel filter.

your resonator can get build up in it. Ill check the fuel filter as well

It only does it when the car has been driving for a long time, the only time it drives good is when the car is started for the first time that day

If your resonator was clogged the problem would occur the minute you start it.

Do you have an tuned ECU or ECU not for your application+ IAB's not wired????

5,700-5,900 vtec engadgement

check the ecu and see if its P72,
and check for engine lights.

If no engine light, check to see if engine light illuminates for 2 sec when key is at pos II

symptoms: in first gear it feels like its about to bog down until around 45k that is when vtec kicks. 2nd threw 5th all the gears feel sluggish like the car is choked up, The only time the car runs good is when i first start it and drive away minutes later it starts to become sluggish how i described earlier. I checked the fuel filter as well

Thanks for all the feedback guys really appreciate it

Just because you did a tune up does not mean your ignition timing is correct. Get a timing light and check it Also its very unlikely a clogged resonator would cause soo much restriction that your car runs like that.. If you had a cat then i would say look into that but you say you dont.
Keep lookin you will eventually find the issue

See if you can tell, by looking at the spark plugs and/or tailpipe... is it running lean or rich?

If you could tell us the color of the spark plug, it may help us focus.

Sounds like a timing issue. Does the check engine light work?

Look in the stickies on how to retreive the codes per your application.
which would be jumping the service connector on the pass side floorboard/dash

Give us that code

Also the vtec should engage around 4,500 and is not that loud, and the IAB's shut to change intake runner length at about 5,800-6,000.....
so you might be mistaking the change in engine tone. These two changes are implemented for this application (B18C, GSR) to tune and make most usable power throughout its rev range. And is only found within the P72 ECU's that are propeitory to GSR's.
Check to see if this is the ECU you have while your down there jumping the connector for faults.

Your lucky that light even came on LOL

Fuel pressure regulator? That's probably why you're running like crap in the first place
