fuel pump not turning on right away
I just bought a brand new main relay and installed a walboro 255 fuel pump. Sometimes it will turn on right away other times not. Whats the deal hear? Main relay and fuel pump arent a issue. Is there another relay or something of the cause?
The fuel pump relay in the PGM-FI Main Relay is controlled by the ECU/ECM, [ground to relays coil, power for relays coil is supplied but the fuel injector relay].
When you turn on the ign. the first "click" from the PGM-FI Main Relay is the injector relay turning on, the second "click" is the fuel pump relay turning on, the third click, [after a few sec.] is the fuel pump relay turning off.
I would check all 3 fuses for the PGM-FI Main Relay, one may be defective. 94

I'm not sure what 3 fuses you are referring too but i replaced the ecu, backup, and ign fuses. Still have the same problem. This may not matter but you know the beeps you hear with when you turn the key to on, they sound very weak sometimes.
There are 3 fuses related to the PGM-FI Main Relay.
Assuming we are talking about a 95 Integra, they are...
Fuse 24 -15A, [20A if it's a GS-R], it powers the black/yellow lead at the PGM-FI Main Relay, it is hot in run and start.
Fuse 31 - 15A, it powers the yellow/white lead at the PGM-FI Main Relay, it is hot at all times.
Fuse 18 - 7.5A, it powers the blue/white lead at the PGM-FI Main relay, it is hot only when cranking to start.
Weak "beeps" sometimes would indicate a grounding problem, check your main grounds. 94
