Like the title says i have a Civic vx with a b20 and a b16 transmission. it makes this weird wobbling noise when i'm driving, and increases in loudness when i turn left but completely vanishes when i turn right, theres also a vibration that accompanies the sound. Any ideas?

 

sounds like you have a bad axle or wheel bearing on the right side.

 

it sounds like its coming from the driver side though, i took a look and couldnt see anything wrong as far as the suspension, and the wheel was easy enough to turn, i'll check the passenger side later.

 

Agree you need to check your axles and wheel bearings. Also check all of your upper and lower ball joints for play/movement, as well as your tie rods while your in that area
