Head on, TDC? Oil control orifice?
I installed a new head gasket without removing the crank pulley/timing belt. I don't recall the crank turning, but when I go to put my TB on, my marks werent lining up. I was told the white notch is TDC and these 3 notches close to eachother are not, and if thats the case, everything makes sense. Im paranoid about the timing. If I have to I'll pull the crank pulley etc to do it right, but I rather not if I don't have to.

Can someone tell me what this bolt and clip is for? I installed everything and I can't seem to find what its for.

Also, as I'm sitting here reading my manual, it says there is a oil control orifice on the block, I did not see this what so ever when installing the head, did I **** up? I do remember seeing an odd looking plug, hole in the spot where the oil orifice is, but I didn't touch it.

White mark is TDC 3 red marks are used for ignition timing. You can turn the crank even if the belt is not attached. Just remember to turn it counterclockwise. That bolt looks like its for some sort of bracket to hold some sort of line.
