If I'm not mistaken an eg disk brake setup would be perfect for you. The entire rear trailing arms should bolt right into place. What I would recommend is making sure you pick up the proportioning valve along with a different M/C. I swapped mine in my 99 ek to the eg and the car stops on a dime and feels great. Its a pretty straight forward swap just make sure that you have everything ready prior to starting. Also for the EK we have to swap to a 99-00 Si E-brake so I'm not sure if you would need to do the same or if your existing cable would work.
im not 100% on this but someone i bought some parts from told me that dc integra rear trailing arms bolt right up too. you just gotta make sure you get the e-brake cables and correct proportioning valve.
why don't you want SI brakes? still disks. can try and find vtecs but definately not in a junk yard.
ebay is your friend btw. unless you have a junkyard near you.(i can't even tell you where the nearest import junkyard is for me.)
80 bucks on average for the whole trailing arm.

Remember when swapping rear discs on a Del Sol you need ebrake cables from a Del Sol Si or Del Sol VTEC, as the handle end of the cables is completely different from a Civic/Integra.
