car is a 94 eg hatch with a b18c and chipped p28
the fuel pump will not prime when i turn the key
i jumped pin 1 and 7 on the main relay and itll prime but not when i jump 1 and 5.
already replaced all fuses and checked thermostat ground

 

Does the check engine light stay on solid....if so...you have an ecu problem....

It should turn on for 3-4 seconds when you turn the key on and then turn off...if it's staying on solid....you may want to try anthoer ecu....esspecially since yours is chipped...

 

no check engine lights but i will try a new ecu, thanks!
