Do you need to use the stock oil squirters on a sleeved block. Some say yes and some say no, but I'd like to use them if I can. By the way when I say sleeved block I mean a GE sleeved block, but this may apply to any other sleeved design too.

when i did mine i put them back in...... i really don't know but better to be safe than sorry on a daily driver
