So i just bouaght my 95 integra about 3 weeks back and i finally went to pay the fees and everything but i need a smog check. My car came with a no name after market intake system and it wont pass smog with it because no carb sticker.

Soo.. i was wonder if anyone on here from Los Angeles is willing to switch out intake system for a day or even just like a couple of hours so i can smog it. Really want to get tags and everything else in order. LEt me know guys, thanks in advance!

why not just purchase an air elbow/box,
and thennnn go do the smog,
or keep going shop to shop until the guy doesnt care for the intake,
trust me you will get your smog before you visit 3-5 diff places.

A carb number is not required for a 95.. Carb numbers are required fr 96 an up vehicles.. I am a smog tech... U should be fine

 

That only applies to the air intake

 

Obd1 speed density, so it doesn't manipulate fuel trims ect.
Blitzone is right, just go to some other guy who needs the business and actually knows his job
