Default building fuel rail

looking to building a fuel rail with ID1000 which drill bit do i need to have a secure fit i know they sell a bit for that but don't wanna buy it also where are you guys getting fuel rail brackets from

ross machine inc. for the bit i would take a multimeter measure the injector, establish the tolerances i want with the o ring, then buy a cobalt drill bit in two sizes. make your own brackets. nothing 90degree alum cant fix

you can probably get a cheaper bit from kinsler. ross macine suggests buying a 300+ dollar bit from msc, which is absolutly rediculous imo

Kinsler offers detailed cutter/bits for sale and for rental. They have various cutter details
for a variety of injector styles. They also offer fuel rail material and weld-in injector bungs. http://www.kinsler.com/handbook144.html
