After years of leaving the Honda scene, I've decided to sell my GSX. And buy another Civic to start as a project. My car of choice is another hatch with a K-swap/turbocharged. My question is will it pass smog? I'm not worry about the visual inspection they just plug in the obdII reader to checked and make sure there is no CEL. Any tips/trick would be awesome.
