Default Stuck Oil Pan bolt

I was trying to change a leaky oil pan gasket on Gsr in my Del Sol and I can't get the nut off two of the threaded studs that come out of the bottom end. They are the ones near the flywheel. I can just spin both of them. They don't get tight or fall off the stud. They are loose but I can't get the nut to come off. I have tried vise-grips with no luck. Any idea how to get these nuts off or anyone had this problem before. I can upload a picture when I get off work if needed. Thanks if anyone can help!

Impact gun or cut it off either way your going to have to replace the stud and nut

How hard is it to replace the stud? Does it just bolt in like the ones on the valve cover?
