Front bumper has been resprayed, and poorly. Probably indicative of an accident. Also $6200 for an EX with 100k on it is brutally overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than $4000 for it, and honestly I wouldn't buy a car that's been in an accident. Ask him why the front end was repainted.
