Default Is a 4 door gsr engine harness different from a 2 door

I have a 4 door gsr with no motor or trans. Picked up a engine and trans today. I already have a gsr harness, but there is nowhere on the harness to hook up the reverse switch on the trans. The harness does not appear to have any missing wires.

Ditto that^^^ on auto harnessing the back-up litght switch is part of the A/T Gear Position Switch.

The engine harness, [correct harness] should have a 2pin plug, [yellow and green/black leads]. 94
