Hey guys I just got my sol back the other day from getting it tuned and they changed the launch control on it from the original 3500 to 2000 and I am getting extremely bad take off runs. It has a hondata s300 and the guys had my car for over a month. I got the cable and the software for the hondata but I was wondering how hard it would be to just change the launch control myself? Can I just hook up the cable to my ecu and load my settings onto the laptop then change launch control or is it more difficult than that to do?

 

Launch control is pretty straight forward to fix, but why not take it back to the shop that messed it up and make them fix it?

 

They are just extremely unproffesional and I don't want to risk them having my car for any longer.

 

Launch control is simple, just download smanager and change the limiter.
