ok so i have a JDM B16a (OBD1) in my 95 hatch. when it is cold it idles high and fluctuates between 1200-1500 rpm. when i warms up it will try to die but if i keep reving it it weill eventually hold an idle at 900 rpm. i just replaces the distributor cap, ignition wires, rotor, plugs. and i already took apart the FITV and it was completly unscrewed so i cleaned it a screwed it in all the way. and i cleaned the IACV too. the car runs rich. it has a kenjis ecu and it has cel codes 91 and 51. what can i do to fix it?

Those 2 codes don't exist. Post a vid of the flashes

That's your srs light not your cel

 

oh then how do you read the cel? and then if thts not it why does the srs light flash then?

ok well maby the cel wasnt hooked up to flash it was proabably the srs light. i didnt do the swap. plus my cel light just turns off when i check for it with the paper clip. but this is beside the point. could this be a map sensor problem?

 

Its not beside the point we need to know if and what cels its throwing
