please guys i want your help as my rpm is at 2000 rpm when i hit the clutch and this appear when i drive it hard and go back to normal after i switch the car off and on again , i try cleaning the IACV but that doesn't help allot i also drained and clean my Radiator ,dead end

honda civic 1997 b16a engine with no mods and there is no check engine light on
i dont know the ecu cause i have just bought the car, does the ecu can make this ?
because other than this the car runs fine

If you just bought the car, then check to see if the CEL bulb is in place.

Alot of idiot kids remove the bulb
