Default Lost a rod bearing

So last week on my ride back from cali I lost a rod bearing literally a half mile from home. Pulled the oil pan, sending unit, tray etc... from the bottom of the motor and isolated the knock to the number 3 piston. Got a set of king replacement bearings and swapped out all 4.

What I'm wondering.... is there any tell tale signs that I hurt something else in the motor?

I'm not blowing smoke, no gas coming from exhaust, oil etc.... I know that I really need to pull the motor and have the crank turned, possibly replace piston rods etc.. and will be doing that as soon as I can find another b18a1 longblock to throw in as this is my daily driver.

Thanks for any and all help!!
