Default how to check cel codes

I bought a 90 crx si with a tucked harness. I did an obd1 b16 swap. How do i get the codes? Wires have been moved around and tucked. Can i find the pin out chart and ground the scs pin on the ecu? Thanks for the help.

Which jumper harness did you use for the ecu?

I found the factory plug I needed. It was in the correct place on passenger side , but tape up so I couldnt see the plug.
