Total Seal Rings: Good or bad?
Some people say they smoke bad due to to blow by or they have problems getting them to seat right, and then other people say they are the best things ever.
I'm just wondering what the verdict is since I havent looked into it for about a year.
Thanks in advance.

I'd pass on them, for a daily driver. Tough to get them to seal and they don't do much even if you do. They cost more too. Get some moly rings.
Moly rings? Would those just be stock rings or another manufacture?
This is for an All motor/nitrous engine also. Not a turbo one.

Moly rings are just ductile cast iron rings, but the top compression ring has a groove in the profile, which is filled with moly. They're easy to get to seal, and very easy on cylinder walls. Allot of companies will not tell you what type of rings you're getting unless you force them to.
The Spoon balanced JDM ITR slugs I got have a moly filled upper ring.
