Default Coilover Sleeves vs. Lowering Springs

I'm looking to put some Koni's dampers on a 2008 Accord V6. At first I was going to go with some Eibach lowering springs. Then, I was advised to use coilover sleeves with the dampers I want. That way, I'd be able to adjust the height as well as the damper stiffness. Does anyone have opinions on this?

In my opinion go with a good strut an lowering springs. Coilover sleeves can get ordered in any special spring rate but I think those coilover sleeves springs are still kinda stiff and will have a harsh ride
